DEBUT CONTEST: HISSPONSE

Hissponse, a coalescence of "hissing" and "response", is a genre-flexible free-to-enter writing contest. To participate, invent a disease with the word "hissing" and describe a political strategy deployed in reaction to it.

Word Count: 500 - 800 | Application Medium: E-mail Submissions To v.ifeolu@serumtrucemetric.com, with the subject as "Hissponse" juxtaposed with your last name | NO ENTRY FEE.

ELIGIBILITY

Anyone over the age of 18, located anywhere in the world, is welcome aboard.

PRIZES

First Place: $500 | Second Place: $250 | Third Place: $150.

Each shortlisted entrant will be awarded a copy of the metrician's poetry collection, I Call My Sexuality My God: My Shampoo and My Watermelon Juice.
